Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Contact us for a Return Authorization before sending any item: info@selfdefense.fun.

Refunds

• After inspection, we will notify you of approval or denial.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, self-defense sprays and certain electronic items may not be returnable once opened, used, or damaged by misuse.

Exchanges for Defects/Damage

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please email photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• For your protection, use a trackable shipping service.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@selfdefense.fun with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for our Return Authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the item and share the tracking number.
